Saint-Thurien

Bordered by the river Isole in the west and in the south, this village is the starting point of several hiking trails and mountain biking tracks without forgetting some of the long hiking trails such as the route of Saint James of Compostella and Equibreizh for lovers of horse riding which transit through the village!
As for the heritage one can admire the mill of Kerchuz, the 19th century Church of Saint-Thurien and Saint-Eloi’s Chapel dated 16th century.

The name Saint-Thurien originates from Saint Thuriau who was a bishop in the 7th century.
